Cindy, as everyone calls her, has spent nearly 30 years pursuing her passion — helping people find health and life insurance protection that not only fits, but actually enhances their lives. Most recently, she spent over a decade on the leadership team of the Health Solutions department at one of the nation’s largest financial services companies, where she was consistently ranked among the company’s top performers. She didn’t just work with Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, individual health, ancillary, and long-term care products — she owned the processes behind them, helped shape the products themselves, and trained the teams who sold them.

But after more than a decade inside that corporate machinery, Cindy knew there was a better way to serve people than from behind a desk at a national carrier. She saw firsthand how impersonal and confusing insurance decisions can feel from inside a large organization — and made a deliberate choice to leave that path behind.

Earlier in her career, she built and ran her own successful insurance agency from the ground up, and held account management roles overseeing multi-million-dollar employee benefits portfolios for national carriers. Having seen the industry from every side — as an agency owner, a carrier leader, and a hands-on advocate — she knows exactly where clients tend to get stuck, and how to help them avoid those pitfalls.

Cindy founded Kaleidoscope Group to put that insider knowledge to work for individuals and families directly: an agency where clients get her full attention, her deep expertise, and a partner who’s genuinely in their corner — not a corporate bottom line. Her goal is simple: give individuals and families the same expert guidance she’d give her own family, so they can choose coverage with clarity and confidence instead of guesswork.
